For nearly 15 years, this property has been under the careful direction of our design and groundskeeping team. The result is a landscape with mature specimens that anchor the home to the property and meet the home’s grandeur toe to toe.

A grand walkway delights with textures and colors provided by diverse shrub varieties. Flowering perennials provide colorful blooms and the eclectic cast stone pottery collection is filled with seasonal annuals for an extra pop of color. The landscape palette includes favorites such as: Viburnum, Lilac Trees, Crabapples, and Globe Blue Spruce.

Around the swimming pool, the pool deck is made of stamped concrete which has been stained and saw-cut to mimic travertine. It features ample areas for sunbathing, outdoor dining, and an oversized swing for lounging near the water’s edge. A firepit provides ambiance and warmth on chilly evenings. Over the years, the landscape has received numerous additions including a small Koi pond.
